Don’t come to this place unless you want a bad haircut, I asked the lady to cut only two inches off my long hair and she cut almost half of my hair leaving it short when that’s not what I wanted. She took about 10 minutes to cut my hair which is unprofessional she didn’t even take her time cutting my hair. I don’t have even know how this place has 4 stars it should have none.

My service was washing with shampoo and conditioner and straightening but I received only shampoo ONE rinse NO comditioner of course my hair was tangled and it pulled when I combed it and as for the straightening it was only on top my hair below was UNstraightened and the The charge was $50.00, my salon is in Anaheim and they give me better service and the price is lower. I arrived there for an emergency that made me sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! very unhappy with the service and treatment received at this so called business ! They take advantage of people who don’t look like them ! They cut hair like they are not licensed and they definitely don’t have respect for customers paying them! How can someone like this even be open they should be shut down and never touch a pair a scissors again! Maybe it was the fact that her hair looked like trash and she tried to do the same to mine ! I didn’t notice until I straightened it how uneven she left it and how bad it really looked ! What’s the point of getting my money back if you have humiliated me and I can’t put my hair back ! This happened to my mom but seeing my mom cry and upset aggravated me . Just know you will be hearing from attorneys because this is personal and caused her emotional distress ! Also the comments are about one specific person that knows more than the other slobs who work there !

I live close by here & their service is always beyond perfect. They always end up leaving my hair exactly how I ask for it. The staff is always super friendly!!!

i went ther today just for it to be my worst experience wish I could give 0 stars told one of the ladies to not cut anything from the sides and she just proceeds to mess my hair up and cut my hair how she wants now I'm debating if I should go bald I'm in such a bad mood because of it considering she is a nice lady she tends to always be more concerned on her phone than on the haircut feel like I just got robbed for my 18$
