I'm so in love with my new hair. I went in scared because of what happened to me at some other place I went to. But jay took his time to tell me how he was gonna fix my hair which was really orange and ugly but thanks to him and Karina I feel soooo much better. I really recommend this place !! 100% . They make you feel comfortable. Also they have reasonable prices . Thank you guys I will still be recommending my friends here .

Service was Ok. The person who we had the appointment with didn't perform the full service. The quality was good. My mom was happy with her hairdo. Vibe was good, but parking was not good. Extremely small parking lot (only room for two regular parking and one handicap. Not recommended for the elderly who need to use a cane or walker. If your young and can walk easily this salon is ok as long as you don't mind spending time looking for parking and walking a bit.

Got my hair done here didn't get the color I wanted instead they gave me a bright color. I made appointment for it and made sure it was okay since I was getting there later in the day due to work and they said it was fine. I get there and they're trying to talk me out of it and telling me they can't do the job. The two gentlemen are kind first time I did my hair one of them (Jose) did mine and I loved it. However, second time I got an older lady who wasn't so happy to do my hair and I could tell by her facial expressions. She was rushing through the work stained my whole neck and forehead her name started something with a D.

The place is so nice and service is cool. I went in to show them a picture how I want it. I was looking forward to it. Although they gave me highlights. It's not what I wanted. You compare what I got and the example of the picture it's totally different. Not even close. For paying about $300 for hair dye I didn't want was disappointing. It's not worth it. It hurts me how I have to wait two years to get my natural hair back.

I recommend this place! The prices are based on the amount of work/time and effort they do so I believe it’s within reason. I’m not much of a talker and I love that Jose doesn’t force a convo out of me. I always love how my hair comes out and respect his professional opinion
