I had a consult on 9/4 for a colonoscopy. The doctor instructed his office clerk to submit an urgent authorization and informed me that I should receive a call that I have not received a call till I walked on 9/17. I walked in to get status of the authorization because they do NOT answer their phone. The same office clerk told my daughter that “she didn’t have time to submit the authorization.” I have colon cancer, stage 4 and need a colonoscopy before treatment. They do not care and the doctor does not follow up on his office staff or he doesn’t care either. I will be filing a complaint with the U.S. Labor Board and California Department of Public Health. the service here is joke, most of the time when we call there is no answer, when they do answer they tell me that someone will call you before the end of the day and they never call back. I have been waiting for call back for 2 months to schedule an procedure and no call. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELF ( PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE). I hope they do something about it, I wonder if they will do this to their family.

If you get them as a referral from your doctor switch asap. Doctor is good but nurses are so rude. It is just not one it is the while office including the manager. Not am experience anyone should have
