First Pro Heating & Cooling provides very quick response and excellent knowledge of the system. Courteous and professional service, with prompt, knowledgeable service. They went above and beyond for an emergency with a cooling system. The company always does a great job, on time and quick appts, and the tech really knows what he's doing. They are the best in the area, an honest company that will do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. They listen and walk you through how the system works. The experience was fast and easy, with a knowledgeable sales representative and professional, efficient installers. The company is highly recommended.
This company is the best in the area. Hands down. We have used them for quite a few years and they have nursed the original unit in the house to give us 22 years of service before it finally gave out this spring. Then, they gave us a great new unit for a good, solid price, provided great payment options and it was all handled professionally, efficiently and quickly.
They are an honest company and will do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. They listen and will walk you through how the system works and what is a concern or what shouldn’t be a concern. Everyone is quick to leave a negative review for a business but the opposite when they have good experiences. A lot of companies will not admit if they made a mistake and would try and hide it. That is not the case with this company!
