To sit on hold for half an hour as #1 in the que just to have the calll answered and hung up on. Call on an extension to reach a person who could not control how funny they found the care of a patient(thank you to the infamous giggler). The whole process is unreal. Staff chooses whom they will offer care for and whom they are simply unmoved to help. Facts is fact I have dealt with this clinic for several years with no signs of improvement. Thoroughly disappointed in the current state of healthcare.

I was being seen here for my prenatal checkups. My PCP was Dr. Christina Hillson, but I never met her once and was only seen by a nurse. I had lab work done for the first trimester of my pregnancy and was never alerted that my blood sugar levels were elevated, and that I had gestational diabetes. I was also sent over to another facility in DTLA to “get ultrasounds because they don’t do them there”. As it turns out, the DTLA doctor’s office (under Dr. Linda Cowan) was actually a high risk clinic. They also didn’t tell me I was high risk or diabetic. Two facilities failed me.
