When they arrive, they immediately show their respect for your property by putting protective booties over their shoes! They advise you of what they think needs to be done, they give you an estimate, you either say, “Yes, I want that done,” and they do it … or you say, “No, I don’t want that done,” and they leave without charging for the visit!
