This review is for their esthetician, Allie. I actually have not physically visited their facility. I'm interested in a skin care journey with Svia MedSpa, based off of glowing reviews. Unfortunately, Los Gatos is a bit far from where I live, and the San Mateo location is closer. I reached out to Allie, because she has put me on a skin regimen plan in the past, in a previous office. She graciously answered all my questions and gave me another full regimen to address my skin needs and concerns. Although she was aware I wasn't going to her location, she still went above and beyond in customer service. I feel like a valued customer. I can't wait to get started. Thank you, Allie!

The team is extremely patient with any follow up questions you might have during or after your consult, and helped me go through many changes to arrive at my ultimate decision. Great communication from Dr. Liu and staff prior to, during, and post every appointment and experience. I felt calm and confident throughout the entire process, and never had any moments of doubt or anxiety, due to the tremendous quality of care I received. Again, would not let my friends or family use anyone else but Dr. Liu and his team.
