SKIN LG is a skin care business where the skin specialists and aestheticians are described as very friendly, welcoming, professional, sweet, caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Staff members, including Yani, a noted skin specialist, are helpful and aim to make customers feel comfortable. The atmosphere inside the store is clean and aesthetically welcoming. The business offers various treatments and products. Customers report amazing, very good, and noticeable results from procedures like the non-surgical facelift, which works for the face and neck, and specific eye treatments that reduce puffiness and lines quickly. Facials are customized to skin needs and performed by aestheticians with amazing hands, leaving skin feeling fantastic, refreshed, and beautiful, with some customers reporting looking years younger without surgery or downtime. Products like the skin care line and red light wand also lead to a big improvement in skin condition for some. However, the experience can vary. The product is expensive and some find it leaves a dry feel. The sales approach is noted as a persistent "hard sell," with staff at the store entrance to lure customers inside, which makes some people rush by. The facial experience could also be more relaxing without loud music from the sales room. Many customers are happy, with some attending monthly and highly recommending the business. IMHO This was my first time inside this establishment although I've been invited many times before by friendly people offering me free samples of their skin care products. I happen to love my own personal skin care regimen, so I always politely say "no thank you" when walking by their outstretched hands. My friend, however, was convinced to go in. When I looked inside to find her, she was having a cream applied to her under eyes and laugh lines. The product they applied to remove the puffiness and lines, worked quickly. I could definitely see a difference. Since we had a lunch reservation to keep, we left but were encouraged to come back to have the product applied to the other side of her face, so she wouldn't look "droopy" on one side. (During lunch, my friend said she didn't like the feel of the product on her skin and how dry it felt.) This product is expensive. Most skin care products are. The people were very friendly, but because of the nature of their business, they stand at their store entrance to "lure" customers inside. To be honest, whenever my friends and I walk by, we quickly rush by. We don't like a "hard sell" which this often times feels like. The atmosphere inside the store is clean and aesthetically welcoming. Will I return? Probably not, because I'm happy with the skin care product regimen that I currently use.
I absolutely love the product - my skin feels fantastic! Renee is wonderful- facial makes me feel younger and gives my skin a glow! Yani runs the show and always has a smile on his face - plus a hug! Everyone is very welcoming! I go once a month and always feel fabulous walking out the door- refreshed and beautiful!
I have been a customer for 2 years and I have found Yani, the skin specialist, to be very friendly, helpful when problems arise and very dedicated to sales. I have purchased the skin care products and red light wand and found a big improvement in the condition of my skin. Very noticeable to my family and friends. The estheticians who have given me my facials do a wonderful job. Each facial is customized to what my skin needs at any given time of the year. The facial experience could have been more relaxing without the the loud music in the sales room coming through the walls.
