So far so good. I recently decided to invest in laser hair removal after thinking about it for a long time. I had some issues with my original appointment. They send you a form to fill out and one of the medications I am on was flagged, so I had to get doctor approval. I totally understand that, but I had submitted the form almost a week before my appointment, and they didn't tell me it required doctor approval until the day before my appointment. I had to make a doctor appointment to get them to approve it, which made me miss my original appointment. It ended up being fine and I rescheduled, but it was frustrating that I only had one day notice about all of this.... read full review

I would give this place a little lower than 4 stars if I could. The service depends on the nurse doing it. Some are better than others so it can be inconsistent. I could tell whether the nurse has good customer service depending on the questions they asked and the quality of service they provided. One nurse asked if I was growing hair in a specific area I was getting lasered...I wouldn't book an appointment for that specific area if I wasn't growing hair there. Thankfully, most of the nurses I had were good. They could improve on consistency of service as that is the main area of business and could make or break your experience there. I bought a Groupon package for laser hair treatment 5 years ago. I finally finished my sessions as I was pregnant back to back after purchasing the package. SEV is so amazing for allowing me to freeze my package until I was done being pregnant and breastfeeding! I am so glad they were able to promise my package and not let it expire, because now that I am done I am so happy with my results! They have a great staff and a clean-aesthetically pleasing clinic.
