Alex at ServiceUp is very kind. Customers, put effort into understanding which mechanic your car is going to. If I knew which mechanic, I would’ve spoken directly with them. Car left at 2pm on Friday and I had 0 knowledge about it on Friday. That’s somewhat normal. It’s late to get the car, and shops are busy. I called on Saturday to find out what’s going on with my car. That’s why I should’ve asked for mechanic on Friday because I would’ve called and talked to them directly. My car came back with check engine light on. I don't want to blame ServiceUp or mechanic, but that wasn't on when it left. That light is gone after filling up coolant reservoir again.
