I have been a patient of Dr Fujimoto for over 20 years and I now see Dr Samarath for monthly checks. I’ve always appreciated how the doctors and staff want you to actively participate in your recovery/maintenance. The goal always being to keep you as active as possible so you can live a good life not just endure the pain. Great integrated facility with docs on one side and PT/rehab part next door.

After years suffering with injury and pain, this group of multi-disciplinary providers really care about me as an individual and about finding creative, effective, and challenging ways to improve my health and reduce my pain. The experience starts right when you walk in the door and staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful office staff. So thankful for the opportunity to be here after so many disappointing experiences.
