I can't say enough about owner Mike and his staff of smart, scientific-minded "geeks". They know exactly how to proceed when you bring in your computer that's not working correctly. My HP laptop, which was fairly brand new (I have rarely used it in the 18+ months I've had it as a default to the others in my home), had a constant fan noise when turned on, lost battery power after a few hours, and the keyboard didn't work at all. They diagnosed the problem immediately after looking up the model and serial number and finding that I still had a little over a month to return it on warranty! My computer was extremely slow and having some issues with the monitor. They fixed it and also showed me how to make some of the changes myself in the future. They had three techs there and they were all over nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!
