Helen is a treasure. She is an excellent manicurist and has provided me the best quality of service that I have experienced in Los Gatos. She is also a very honest and kind person. I highly recommend Perfect Nails for all your nail (manicure, pedicure) needs.

I've been coming to Perfect Nails, every two weeks, for 18 years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! After reading some of the OLD reviews, I felt the need to clarify a few things. If you're looking for a touchy-feely-pampering experience, this is NOT the place for you. It's a no-nonsense, get in / get out, EXCELLENT nail salon. Helen does NOT take walk-ins, so please don't criticize and give a lousy review because of that. Read her details on Yelp - it's clearly stated. Her being on the phone most of the time? Who cares? I get about an hour's worth of peaceful down-time without having to make idle chitchat. It's PERFECT! Prices are extremely fair and reasonable, and the quality of her work is outstanding. I've never experienced a chip, a crack, or a break.....ever. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but time your visit accordingly and you won't have any huge issues. I don't go to Perfect Nails for pedicures - but many do and since I see them regularly (and have for YEARS), they must be good.
