So rude. Immediately told me they didn’t know me when I came in (I was dropping off some laundry for my boss). Then they told me “You need to leave now” as soon as I dropped off the clothes. Do NOT come here if you don’t like getting treated like a second class citizen.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees and people in the main South San Francisco office are extremely rude and condescending. If you have expensive clothes and have self respect avoid this place like the plague!!! They do horrible work and will not take responsibility for items they damage!!!Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

I recently had a challenging experience with Peninou. A dress I had brought in was ruined when I went to pick it up. Partly the manufacture's fault and partly Peninou's. I have resolved the issue with them in a satisfactory way. I am writing this review today however to compliment the wonderful customer service I received from the gal at the front desk, Hilary. She was caring, concerned, helpful and very reliable. They are lucky to have her representing their brand.
