Had such a lovely experience here with my 15-year-old daughter. She came in for a pedicure and decided last minute that I should treat myself too — so I opted for an anti-aging facial, and I’m so glad I did!

Nessa was my technician and she is incredible. This was my third facial with her, and I’m officially three for three on falling asleep mid-session — that’s how relaxing and soothing her technique is. My skin feels so clean, refreshed, and noticeably tighter.

The entire staff at Venus is warm, welcoming, and professional. They made both of us feel so comfortable and cared for.

My wife and I dropped into The Nails Emporium on a whim, and my wife left convinced she has found her new go-to spot in Los Gatos. From the moment we stepped through the door, there was a relaxed vibe, welcoming tone—but the true standout of our visit was Mimi.

Mimi handled my wife’s pedicure with meticulous care. She trimmed and shaped each nail perfectly, taking the extra moments to ask about length and comfort rather than rushing through the basics. My wife walked out visibly relieved—no more rough edges catching on socks or shoes, just smooth, even nails that looked as good as they felt.

The hot-stone massage that followed was bliss. The stones were the right temperature—soothingly warm without ever feeling too hot—and Mimi used them to work out tension along the calves and heels. It was the sort of mini-vacation your feet don’t soon forget.

Cleanliness was impeccable, the chairs were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere struck that perfect balance. Prices were more than fair for the quality of service, and we never felt rushed.

“I got my first pedicure in 10 years from Kelly due to the fact I had surgery on my toes and it was traumatic. I was greeted when I entered the salon and all the ladies were friendly. Kelly did a sensational job giving me a pedicure as she was very gentle and I did not feel a thing. She was so focused on getting my nails to look better than I thought they ever could look!! and she is exceptional at her work. I also talked with Cindy who was great. “An old friend recommended this nail salon, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From my very first visit, the staff were incredibly welcoming. I brought in an inspiration video from Instagram for my mom and me to match, and the team recreated it perfectly.

On my second visit, even though I had only been there once before, the owner remembered me and asked how I was and how my mom was doing. The atmosphere is so inviting, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of service is excellent. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the area!“

They are very kind always even patient when I have to reschedule my appointment which happens frequently. They just made some investments in their equipment and have all new chairs. “This is my first time coming here. I went together with a friend and we both got the signature pedicure and gel manicure. The signature pedicure was $55. I really enjoyed their massage chair. They have drink service as well but we just sticked to water (small bottle of Kirkland signature water). The massage wasn't rough and it was difficult to stay still when they scrubbed the bottom of my feet. Totally worth the scrub since now it feels much softer. We chose the color for our nails and the technician did really well with cleaning up my toes to look so smooth and new. They were careful about putting on the nail polish and it looked perfect. Next was the gel manicure which was also $55. I was a bit surprised by the price because that was the most I've ever paid for a gel manicure. I still went with it anyway as I wanted to see how well they could do. They had me move to their manicure counter while my friend stayed at the massage chair for her manicure so I was a little confused about that. Again, they did a great job cleaning up my fingernails and the skin around the area felt smooth. They were quick to apply the gel polish on. My only tiny issue is my thumb nail feels a little thin on the polish that's close to the edge of the nail. Otherwise it was a quick and easy manicure. In total before tip the price I paid was $110. I highly recommend their signature pedicure as that was definitely the most enjoyable pedi I've had. I can't say the same for the manicure just for the price. It was good quality but I would rather go back to my usual spa place to get a gel manicure for a better price. Overall, I would come back again for their signature pedicure.“
