I participate in many adventure sports where accelerating/decelerating combined with odd body positions regularly puts my body out of alignment. Especially a chronic problem in L5 \\u0026 SI areas . Whenever I am experiencing this type of discomfort first person that comes to mind is Dr. Marcus because he always seems to make the pain go away through natural manipulation . A few times in my life I've done something stupid and injured my back requiring me to see a chiropractor to get things put back in place. I always hated the experience with the pushing, poking, pressing, and prodding to "loosen" my joints before adjusting. A couple years back I did something especially stupid and slipped a disk. I couldn't take more than a few steps before the pain would become debilitating. Marcus Chiropractic was the first place I could get in to see and I am so thankful that they were.
