Awesome. Have been going to the Morgan Hill location for twenty years, for bone density and 3D breast ultrasounds as well, no one better. If you want sensitive caring professional painless service, this is it. Had to go to another provider recently, at St. Louise during covid, terrible.

(Marian Wolf)Dr Patel and her staff are experts and extremely kind and lovely people. I live in Clovis, CA and was booking my appt back in Jan/Feb. Yes, the National office was difficult to contact. My Dr moved me to the Bascom office (no difference-Dr Patel) while on the ph I asked if there was a problem at the National? NO. At that time, National is booked out to JULY, etc. I thought it was important to inform the bad reviewers to try to get more information, please.One more thing even more important for all of us. This appointment is for US! No matter how long it takes in a waiting area, DRs office, etc. Please, make sure we have that time available. Bring a book,...read full review

I'm really surprised at some of the low ratings but it all sounds like insurance issues and unfortunately we all know insurance companies are the devil. As far as the facility itself, the practice is very reliable, efficient, and clean. They called me to remind me of the need to make my annual appointment. It doesn't take long at all to get in and the ladies working there are always welcoming and super easy to deal with. I do feel sorry for anyone having to deal with an insurance issue as that's always a pain. So far my routine exams have been fully covered with no problems.
