Awesome. Have been going to the Morgan Hill location for twenty years, for bone density and 3D breast ultrasounds as well, no one better. If you want sensitive caring professional painless service, this is it. Had to go to another provider recently, at St. Louise during covid, terrible.

I have received mammogram screenings from a mammogram specialist for 17 years, and my insurance has covered the costs because it is routine screnning.In August 2022, they threatened to send my 2017 invoice to a collection agency if I dont send within a week. I called my insurance company to inquire, and they said that the specialist had sent the wrong code which is dignistic code which was wrong. MY Insurance agreed to pay if the specialist sent the invoice again as a mammogram screening test, but the specialist insisted that it was entirely my responsibility and refused to send the invoice again. I was under so much stress that I ended up paying with my own money and never went back. Please don't go there, it's a scam. I want to give no star but can't get ride of two stars.

(Marian Wolf)Dr Patel and her staff are experts and extremely kind and lovely people. I live in Clovis, CA and was booking my appt back in Jan/Feb. Yes, the National office was difficult to contact. My Dr moved me to the Bascom office (no difference-Dr Patel) while on the ph I asked if there was a problem at the National? NO. At that time, National is booked out to JULY, etc. I thought it was important to inform the bad reviewers to try to get more information, please.One more thing even more important for all of us. This appointment is for US! No matter how long it takes in a waiting area, DRs office, etc. Please, make sure we have that time available. Bring a book,...read full review
