LaserAway Los Gatos location is very clean and organized. The staff are all so friendly. Lily R makes a great effort making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable with your experience at the spa.

I had such a great experience thanks to Lily! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of purchasing my units. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and guide me along the way. I also love how close and convenient this location is—it makes a big difference. I truly appreciate all of Lily’s help and would highly recommend working with her!

Edit: I actually had the appointment and the NP was really amazing and kind. Updating the review to 4 stars!

They have no value for your time. My appointment was at 2:30 PM on a Saturday and this sneakily changed the appointment time to 3 PM and did not call me to inform I reached at 2:20 and I waited until 3 PM. Only to realize that they are backlogged and it’s gonna take more time to get me in . so I just left unfortunately they don’t refund their prepaid plans so I am stuck with them so I had to reschedule to another day
