Kayla Nails is the best nail boutique in Los Gatos. It is clean and nicely decorated. The nail tech’s are so kind and welcoming every time I walk in! Paul (the owner) is great and runs an accommodating business. I saw a previous post from an unhappy customer & I wanted to say that I witnessed her so-called bad experience. Her version is incorrect on every level. Paul went above & beyond trying to make things right for her & she refused everything he offered. Please don’t let her negative post stop you from visiting Kayla’s Nails - they are # 1!!!
The staff is friendly and stylish! They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The owner did the nail design and made sure that my nails were perfect before I left. I also got a pedicure. Although I am from out of town I would come back again!
Kayla Nails is always able to get me in at the last minute, often with guests in tow. Every nail tech has been great and the quality has remained high.
