Came to Dr. Kunzel on endo concerns after a referral from OneMedical. Her staff were really friendly and gentle with the ultrasound, the ovary test and noted that there was no abnormal masses. She walked me thru birth control and gave me some samples to bring back which was great as well.

Worst doctor. The lack of empathy is actually insane. I came in in so much pain and she looked emotionless. She ran a test on me gave me something for my symptoms that she thought would work well not only did not work, but I feel like it made it worse and when I messaged the office to let them know that my pain has gotten worse I was told that they would let the doctor know and she should get back to me and she never did if someone tells you they're in a nine out of 10 pain level and you take eight hours to get back to them. It's just ridiculous.

This has been a long awaited review of this doctor. Dr. beuscher referred me to Dr. Kunzel after I couldn’t get pregnant back in 2022. Dr. Kunzel diagnosed me with pcos and started putting me on fertility treatments. Mind you she never did a full evaluation of me, spoke to me of my fertilityy issues at length, and just put me on clomid. She was never there for my trigger shots to help answer any questions, she even wasn’t there for my IUI. She was never there.
