Granada did a large remodel for my historical home in Downtown Los Gatos. It was quite a feat going through the permitting process and they assisted every step of the way. Not only do I love the design of my home, but it flows so well with my lifestyle. I was very overwhelmed with the selecting of the materials prior to beginning but Jessica made it a joy. After putting it off for so many years, I finally decided to update my kitchen! Jessica designed the layout of my kitchen, making it feel more open, spacious, airy, and flow with the way I would move around and use the space. She immediately got my vibe and was able to make recommendations that made it easy for me to make decisions. When it came to sourcing materials, she was able to work within my budget, helped me invest in key pieces, and got it all delivered in a timely manner! When we bought our new home, we decided to do some remodeling before moving in. A friend referred us to Granada Construction, and after seeing their portfolio, we were immediately impressed. From the very beginning, Jessica was quick to respond, listened carefully to our goals, and scheduled a visit with Alvaro to walk through the home.
