Good Samaritan breast care center is amazing! When I arrived today, Alexandria welcomed me as a former HCA colleague and made sure that she could accommodate my appointment even though i arrived a bit early. She assured me that I would be worked in on the schedule . I hardly had to wait at all, and the technicians are so thorough and explained everything each step of the way. They use the 3D technology. These people are so caring and compassionate I would not go anywhere else! Highly Recommend ❤️
Although a portion of my doctor’s orders was missed at my initial visit, I appreciated that the team quickly caught it, reached out the same day, apologized, and got me scheduled to return the following week. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and made the experience a positive one overall.
I want to compliment Laurie for being very compassionate and caring with me. I am 71 years old, with a walker and have an ostomy bag from cancer. Needless to say, this makes it difficult to do the screening. She did an excellent job and really took time with me. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee who is so thoughtful of her patients.
