I live in Rohnert Park and called my local vet because my two Yorkies were itching so badly. They told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get us in. I then called the Vet Hospital, but they only take emergencies.
I was heading to Los Gatos to visit my kids and decided to call El Gato Pet Vet. They were able to get us in, and I’m so glad they did.
The two office staff members were incredibly friendly, the Vet Tech was caring and wonderful with my dogs, and most of all, the Vet herself was amazing — knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She carefully examined both dogs, explained everything she recommended, and then went over the estimate with us.
I have been going to El Gato vet for 38 yrs. They are honest with you, give you options when trouble arises. I am so grateful they offer me a senior discount as my lab Avery was diagnosed with Cushings disease and it’s a very expensive disease with the medicine and constant blood tests to make sure cortisol levels don’t go to high or low. Dr Bibb and Katherine are great. The ladies at the desk Alma and Eileen are also very helpful, I would highly recommend

Dr. Bibb and her team are wonderful. The front desk is friendly and professional, and the vet techs are compassionate and patient. Our pets—Sammy our cat and Lacy our 10-year-old boxer—have always been treated with genuine care and respect. Highly recommend.
