I made an appointment for an up-tini. We had a great Gatsby event that night. When I arrived the woman who was assigned to do my hair didn't know how to do an updo. I planned to leave and do my hair myself. Instead Gabi, the manager, stepped up. She may be the manager but she knows her craft - hair :-) I was able to show her a few pictures and my headband with a bun roll. I wanted a low bun with loosened braids, and she executed it perfectly. I felt so pretty and perfectly vintage. It made my day! Thank you, Gabi, for your professional and skilled care.
