Clear Drain Plumbing was great to work with, from my Sunday midday call for a broken garbage disposal to Vlad coming over Mon midday to install it. Great timeliness, service and expertise!

Main drain line 99% blocked from roots. Clear Drain quickly diagnosed the problem and returned with a a hydro-jet. After clearing and camera inspection, they discovered the roots most likely entered through a joint made 2.5 year prior. Work they DIDN'T do. They offered me everything from preventive maintenance I could do myself, re-doing the problem joint and everything in between. Very happy with their work/attitude and will have them return to fix that joint and add another clean-out. FIVE STARS!

Jason was on time and extremely thorough in spending two days diagnosing a serious problem with our sewer line, clearing the line and laying out options for next steps. He could have given up at several points and he kept at it, despite 90-degree temperatures and hitting multiple dead ends. He was honest, direct, and willing to take time to make sure we understood the problems he encountered, as well as our options moving forward. This is our second time using Clear Drain and we won't look elsewhere if we have another plumbing issue in our home.
