I just had my six month dental cleaning with Shirin at Dr. Lay’s and it feels like it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Shirin used both ultrasonic and manual cleaning methods, flossed, polished and then had me rinse until I felt all the polishing grittiness was gone from my mouth before applying the fluoride treatment. Dr. Lay always welcomes questions and explains things really well. I love how his dog Jasper comes by to put patients at ease by coming to hang out at the start of the appointment. Our mountain community is very lucky to have Dr. Lay and his team.
I just finished having a crown replaced. The temporary crown was exceptional. When Dr. Lay installed the permanent crown, I had no idea he was such a perfectionist. He went thru 4 or 5 fittings before he was satisfied and it really is perfect.
I just saw Dr Lay today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. All the staff and the place are completely set up to keep everyone clean, separated and safe. The rooms are closed off with glass doors, reception has plastic face guard, everyone is screened before you come in and you get gloves as well as a string mouthwash! After staying away for half the year I’m back and happy for it. I recommend everyone get back on their regular schedule and not have any anguish over making a visit.
