I was so impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the beautiful petit girl who greeted and helped me (Hoda). She was so pleasant and helpful. Went in to just look around, and I ended up buying skincare, hair products and makeup. She suggested a few more items which I wasn't ready to purchase, she gave me a few samples and I went back in today and got them all. Haven't had that great of experience in cosmetics department in general as the sales people always seems so pushy .... I bought a lot but I never felt pushed or pressured to buy anything. Go to blue mercury Los Gatos and ask for Hoda.

Great store with an excellent line of high end products Eden, the sales rep, is extremely knowledgeable. She recommended some excellent skin care products which have kept us coming back for more!

Love the Los Gatos location and always find the customer service to be A+. Eden is the associate working most times I've stopped in (5 or more times) and she's always extremely helpful and friendly. She takes time to answer all my questions and is a generally lovely and personable employee. I've been very happy with the purchases I've made off her suggestions and never feel pressured into buying products I don't want like I have at other beauty product stores. Working retail these can't be easy but Eden and the other ladies I've purchased from at the LG store create a super warm environment and make me feel really welcome. There are plenty of stores in LG where the retail associates either ignore you, are super high pressure or give the sense you are a burden so I really appreciate the positive vibes here!
