Service here is exceptional. They always do a great job in cleaning my professional attire. The owners are incredibly kind; they always remember my name and genuinely care about their customers. The prices are very reasonable (I don't know why Yelp has them at $$$$ but it should be more like $$). Highly recommend Bay Dry Cleaners.

I have been a resident of Los Gatos over 20 years. The convenient location and customer service is exceptional. The work they do and the personal relationships with the customers makes me to be loyal customer to their business. They treat me like family and always do their best. From dry cleaning, outdoor cushions to my Feng Shui garments the quality of their work is fantastic. I can always trust them to do a wonderful job.
