Annabelle is great. She makes you feel very comfortable and is very thorough! Their waxing bed is also insanely comfortable - I could take a nap on it! They also use a very high quality wax that makes the process almost painless. Love this place!

I've been coming to Bare Wax for almost two years for maintenance and they are absolutely stellar. The vibe is so relaxing and fun at the same time, and you just feel a calm when you walk in. Playlist is always on, and it's always such a mood booster!Annabel has been my person, and she is magnificent! She's kind, energetic and always so efficient.Booking an appointment is easy, and they are consistent with reminders prior to your scheduled date. After having terrible experiences with other waxing places, I have finally found my go-to.

Although this place is in downtown Los Gatos, there is a small parking lot in the back and it's off a side street so easier to find parking at. This place is super clean and beautiful and relaxing! The owner did my brows and she did an amazing job... my brows were in need of a lot of work.... but she did it fast and efficiently. She also asked how I wanted my brows, and I said I don't know... lol... because I really don't! As long as they're shaped and clean, that's all I wanted. She is also super sweet! Definitely would come back to get my brows or anything else waxed. :) Also, their online booking system is SO easy to use! Book online anytime and cancel within 6 hours...read full review
