He takes the time to talk with you in regards to any issues and solves the problems. He always de webs all around my house each visit before spraying. I was losing the war with ants, I called Greater Glory. Jacob came that day and the war is now over. For 2 years now I have had no ants, no spiders and those outside nasty cockroaches are gone. HIGHLY recommend Greater Glory.
