I had an appt in San Jose last Monday and lost my house keys. I couldn't get into my home & asked neighbor first, if she knew of a locksmith. I started walking & asked everyone I saw, but they had no idea how to find a locksmith. My son in San Jose tried on Yelp, but they only serviced Ceres area. Henry of Anderson's Key & Lock called me back shortly after I left a message. He was calm, patient & very reassuring. Within an hour, he was at my house, but I was still at Auto Zone, unable to get a ride. Henry asked me to send him I a copy of my driver's license, so he could change the lock.He came by Auto Zone with my new keys after he finished I signed the invoice and paid him. That's Top Rate Customer Service! I highly recommend Anderson's Lock and Key to anyone needing help with car and home lockout issues. He's the best I've met. His rates are very reasonable and he knows exactly what he's doing. I'm always glad to thank someone for superb service, which can be a rare thing these days. Thanks Henry!
