About Zen Casa
Zen Casa offers private mini-retreats and spiritual counseling sessions for reflection, connection, and healing. The retreats are described as amazing, magical, and a beautiful experience where every detail is considered. People arrive and do not worry about anything. Guests come for different reasons and from different backgrounds, but a space is created that allows for connection, transformation, relaxation, and grounding. It is a rare and unique space for groups including gay men, noted for being completely balanced and filled with laughter. Sessions are relaxing, therapeutic, and guided with a calming presence. The environment is warm, open, and comfortable, making it a place to explore more of oneself, work through challenges, or explore a yoga practice.
I asked Francisco to put together a private mini-retreat session for my girlfriend and me. he listened to what we were experiencing in life and based on that, he put together a beautiful day to reflect, connect, purge, relax, and just be. We had a beautiful experience and look forward to going back. Francisco is warm, giving, open and made us feel very relaxed," and comfortable.
This is my 3rd retreat with Zen Casa and it was amazing! The location was magical! I love that I can arrive and not worry about anything. Zen Casa thinks about every detail.
