I couldn't even move my head due to cervical disc herniation and the numbness in my arms was so severe that I went to Yonsei Chiropractic Clinic. The pain was so severe that it felt like my neck was broken, so I had a hard time going to work and cried every night as I lay in bed. I had started visiting Dr. Park due to extreme lower back pain. It turned out that I had a case of scoliosis and was at risk of herniated discs. Given the severity of my condition, I knew that it wasn’t going to be a quick fix, and in fact it didn’t feel like I was getting any better even after a few weeks of treatment. But you have to keep in mind that your spine takes time to get adjusted back to normal and there is a reason why the doctor recommends 12+ weeks of treatment.
