West LA Industrial & Urgent Care has friendly staff and knowledgeable Providers. The staff is respectful, thorough, and patient, making patients feel comfortable. Every staff member is kind and listens to patients' issues. The Doctor is empathetic and kind-hearted, making patients feel comfortable and listened to. The facility provides quick and effective treatment with dignity. The staff, including the front desk and nurses, are professional and caring. Patients would refer others and return if needed, feeling confident in the facility's care.
Friendly staff and very knowledgable Provider! Very respectful and made me feel comfortable despite my anxiety! The Provider is thorough and patient, and offered great care when my PCP wasn't able to! I'm very grateful to know I can depend on the team here! Thanks everyone for making my experience a good one while I have been struggling with some issues! I would refer anyone here!
This has been the only urgent care and medical place that i have been treated quickly, effectively, and with dignity. Every staff here is kind and really listens to what's wrong with you. My favorite part is truly the Doctor. He is the most empathetic and kind hearted doctor I have ever met. I wish every single doctor was like him. He makes me feel so comfortable and listened to. I truly don't know how im going to get such great care when I leave LA without him.
The staff was friendly and professional, including the front desk. The doctor did a thorough exam and was pleasant to work with. He asked the right questions to get to the bottom of my ailment. The nurse who drew blood was able to do so in her first attempt, with no pain. Ususally it is very difficult to find a vain, as mine tend to collapse, so I was amazed at her skill. She did not dig in the needle, as others have done, causing pain. I was so impressed! Everyone was patient and caring. I would definitely go back if the need arises, and feel confident in recommending this facility. Thank you!!!
