I recently called Dan to help me with an issue with my PC crashing. Dan was very responsive and able to quickly fix the problem. In addition to being efficient, Dan explained things to me in terms I was able understand and made helpful suggestions to aid in avoiding problems in the future. Dan is very knowledgable and reliable and a good resource for small business owners like me.

Dan went above and beyond! He replaced my battery same-day, then tried to repair some of the damage to the chaise due to a bloated battery. He followed up to make sure the new battery was working well. 100% would recommend.
