I did the class this morning at 8:15. It was fantastic. It was well organized. Lacey was a great instructor. She was super friendly. Was there for guidance on for multiple times which was greatly appreciated. The gym is well stocked. It’s clean good facilities, storage restrooms I really had a great time and the workoutkick me in the booty for sure definite A+ plus plus plus CrossFit workout.

The most beautiful functional fitness / Crossfit Gym in Los Angeles. The staff here is the best of the best! Most are still or have competed in the past. The level of expertise is second to none. There are many options to train from specialty courses to a wide variety of class times. The members are super passionate which makes it the most fun of experiences!

Where to begin? The high quality equipment and layout of the gym? The amazing instructors? The incredibly nice and professional owners/managers? All of these factors make the hour-long trip from Santa Clarita worth it!! Thank you West LA Athletics for providing such a solid place to train. And big shout out to manager Melissa for your help and to my trainer Garrett for helping me hit PRs each week! Fantastic spot to train, can't recommend it enough.
