The contrast between the Pre-Trump (old VA) changes and the Trump (VA now) changes is incredible. I stopped going to the old because office help was absent and the Contract doctors ignorant. A friend told me how wonderful the VA was taking care of him so I went back. This VA is a gift beyond compare. The Administration staff is respectful, courteous and helpful in all ways. The medical staff is superb and highly interested in solving any problem. The CIC program is a boon because I can no longer drive and local care is a real blessing. Thank you VA, one and all, for always saying "Thank you for your service! By the way the new building in Ventura CA is a delight to visit. Always spotless.
