Vivi Nail Salon is a local nail salon that offers a mixed experience. While some customers have had excellent experiences with the skilled technicians, such as the long-lasting nail sets, others have had disappointing pedicures. The salon should focus on consistent supervision of their employees to ensure all customers leave satisfied. Despite the mixed reviews, the salon is praised for its reasonable prices and friendly, professional staff.
This is a place where you don't know if they can give you a good pedicure or not, some do it well, others don't know how and unfortunately they lose customers. They should supervise the work of the employees so that we all leave happy but it is difficult to find good places here there was a Mrs. Lenn and now this is an excellent employee.
My favorite technician Lynn is no longer there so sadly I'm going elsewhere now.
I've been going here for 7 months now and this is my ATF in my lifetime. I'd say the bad reviews are from people who are bad humans and shouldn't be reviewing. I worked in customer service for most of my life and these ladies are very nice, helpful, and professional. The last set of nails I had lasted forever. I'd never had a set last so long let alone the new growth area not bug me where I wanted to get filled sooner, Prices are very reasonable and be sure to tip.
I’ve only had great experiences at Vivi Nail Salon and recommend it to anyone. The people here are just nice, and professional. It’s just a good experience altogether. And the prices are crazy low. Anyway, they always make my nails look fantastic and I am very pleased every time.
