Came in to get a nail out of my tire, job was fast, efficient, and the cheapest I could find in the area. Through talking to the employees, I found out it is a family owned business and was immediately told that I came to the right place from another customer. 10/10.
I came in for service on my 2024 Subaru - wanted to flush my brake fluid and replace my spark plugs. The experience was a 10/10 from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and I felt like my car was in great hands. It is a long-time family business, which I appreciate. Great prices for great service. I was able to leave my car and get some shopping done. Everything was done and my car is driving great. Thank you so much Victoria Motors - I will be returning anytime I need anything done on my car.
I had a problem around the corner , came in to have my car looked at. The mechanics at Victoria motors greeted me and asked how they could help (very important - many mechanics do not have friendly and welcoming service like you will find HERE). I explained my issue , they put my car on the lift and addressed the problem immediately. The issue was not as bad as I thought, they explained to me my options, I chose, and they performed a prompt repair. Great customer service, fast and efficient mechanics, and very honest folks. A great local mechanic, I highly suggest Victoria Motors.
