I called three companies about my AC, and Unity was the only one that actually got it right. The first two either gave me the wrong diagnosis or tried to push parts I didn’t need, which ended up wasting my time and money.
Unity’s team came in, figured out the real problem right away, explained it in plain terms, and fixed it quickly. The tech was friendly, professional, and honest—no upselling, no nonsense.
After all the runaround, I’m so glad I found a company I can trust. Highly recommend Unity!

When your AC stops working on a hot day, you want help immediately, and that’s what Shai provided. He answered my call right away and conducted the service call that very day. He and Sharon were kind and very knowledgeable. Despite their busy schedule, they did not rush through their visit. It was a complicated problem which required a lot of trial and error and they remained at my house (in the extreme heat!) until they figured out what was going on with my system. Even more impressive was the fact that they didn’t push any service or product on me. Reached out to Unity to see if they could come clean & service the mini split AC units in my home. Shay responded immediately and was able to fit me in the same day.
He was super knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He came in below the quote he gave me on the phone, as he said the units didn't need as much as he initially thought, and threw in a coupon off Yelp (that I didn't even need to bring up or mention).
Shay and his team are great, I'd highly recommend them for any AC service/repair/cleaning needs you have.
