This place sucks, i made an appointment for a sports physical, they don’t know how to treat their patients with care. the nurses were rude, and so unprofessional. they don’t wear appropriate clothes for work that can identify them as a nurse or doctor. They talk to their patients rudely and give glares as well. Never going there again.
It’s unethical, how you can’t get through via the phone lines to this place. It’s been like this for years! Two hours and still waiting for a call back. I stayed on hold for 30mins prior to that! The phone service here is horrible. In addition to it’s been 30days since I had my last appointment and still no word on my referral.
Why have a phone number when they will not answer any calls. You can’t do a walk in even if you are a patient . You must call to make an appointment but they never answer that phone.
