Was nice and seemingly very informing at first. They looked at me very quick and with one look told me I had a perotonsill abscess and said it was urgent for me to go to er. went to the er and waited 5 hours before being seen and then once i was seen they told me there was no abscess and ordered me tests that the ashe center could’ve done. so upset with lack of thoughness which led me to an 8 hour er visit.
People working here are rude and very low in intelligence. They told me my appointment was on the wrong floor which made me late and I was forced to reschedule. What do you expect from medical “professionals” who can only find a job at a school
I recently tore my ankle and have been unable to walk to my classes on campus, so I was told to call the Ashe center to see if there were any accommodations for people with injuries to be able to get around on campus. Both staff members I spoke to were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and literally laughed when I asked if I could have any help getting around campus. He told me to "try crutches" and when I told him I couldn't walk down the 100's of steps with crutches, he claimed that I needed to figure it out. You would think the #1 public university could accommodate injuries and disabilities, or at least act like they care.
