This was about three weeks ago. I wasn't able to get a haircut in three months due to the pandemic but found "Twelve Hours Barber Shop" near me that was open and went in for a haircut. The Guatemalan barber/owner had a frowning face and hesitantly accepted me for a haircut. While giving his haircut, he disclosed to me that he wouldn't normally accept a Korean-American as a client because he didn't like Koreans without telling me why. After a quick 10 minute buzz cut, he tells me my price for the haircut is $15, and not $8 which is what the sign said. When I questioned him why he has a $8 sign and charged me $15, he didn't have any explanation but cursed at me for being stingy. As a matter of fact, I tipped him $3 for a total of $18 even after all his horrible customer service and negative vibe. And just yesterday, to give the barber another chance for better customer service, I went to his barber shop around 5:50 p.m. and while waiting, I noticed that the sign with pricing went up from $8 to $10, not to $15. When the customer before me was done, I went inside the small shop but was told that the barber shop was done for the day and he had a big frown on his face with negative energy. So I left and decided to never go back to this racist barber shop. Instead, the barber/owner needs to learn a lesson that there is no place for racism of any kind in America, especially here in Los Angeles. So he can learn his lesson the hard way, I plan to report this business to the City's Consumer Affairs regarding his racism and unfair pricing practices.

DO NOT COME HERE. Super shady business, door is always locked, they are always inside but never open. Business hours are a joke, they show up whenever and close whenever. Very rude.

The barber is very rude. If I could go lower, I would definitely give him a Zero star. He's always "close" during business hours. I wonder how does this guy stays in business. Do yourself a favor and go to another barber shop where they will respect you as a customer. The barber looks frustrated because his clientele is low. He should start by fixing his attitude and mentality.
