If I could give 0 stars I would. As a business owner myself, I always try to give every business the benefit of the doubt. I drove from Hollywood to go here because it was recommended to me by a friend. Mind you she told me their prices before I went. BIG mistake. I payed $90 for a simple fill and was supposed to have glitter French tips but instead got metallic nail polish French tips. Hideous and outdated. This place is extremely expensive to be where it is located. Not to mention they charge different prices for different people. Wow I really wish I would've read these reviews before I went to get my nails done at this place on Saturday. It was my 1st time there and the service was so terrible that I vow to never go back. The nail technician (named Jennifer) that did my nails was rushing, distracted either on her phone or pacing back and forth or talking to the other nail techs. She even cut my thumb with the nail clipper and made me bleed and then to make matters worse she put crazy glue on the open wound without even asking if that was ok. I follow their social media which posts nice videos/pic. However never imagined to have such a horrible experience. Requested Jennifer since I seen shed always post and seemed to be the most requested. Big mistake! First off my bails were all crooked. Very noticeable. Then she took over 2 hrs on a simple full set. To charge me $150! No stones no special design. I couldn't believe my eyes. As I got a pedi from Helen which she was amazing I kept hearing others complain about their prices as well, and I thought guess I wasn't the only one ripped off. But at least others had Swarovski Crystals. Mine were plain Jane. Place is overly crowded and everyone hovers over each other...read full review
