I can only speak to men's haircuts, but Toi actually listens, if you are super specific, she will proceed with caution and tell you that she will get shorter incrementally, lets see how you like it. She owns the business, her name is on the building, and she cares wayyyy more than the random person you are assigned to at a place like Supercuts. I highly recommend her. Also, she is super nice.

I would highly recommend this place if you want a haircut. Toi is very friendly, very accommodating and she knows how to cut hair in style or if you want a trendy look it's the place to get it. Thumps up for this place
