I had a great experience with Derek and his team, including Shanez. My RecoveryAir stopped working after four years, and Derek took the time to help me find the right replacement over the phone.

I ended up driving from Pasadena to Century City to make the purchase in person. The drive was more than an hour each way, but I was happy to do it because of the excellent service I received from Derek and his team.

Derek was absolutely amazing! He helped us for almost an hour and we didn't feel rushed even though more and more people were coming in, he acknowledged them but continued to help us. He showed us how to use all the attachments and the video and helped us upload the app and showed us how to use the training videos We appreciate his kindness,
