Wow ! My experience here was amazing. All of the staff was very polite and well educated on products. Billy helped me and he was more than wonderful! Thank you so much Billy for being so patient with me. You guys they don’t accept card only Venmo or cash so come prepared Bec I did not and Billy was so nice about it. Thank you! Deff coming back and bringing others.

Highly recommend Refinery Hair & Skin Salon if you're looking to get a facial and massage done. Myrna did a fabulous and thorough job with the cleansing and extractions. Once they receive the information that you fill out, they take you into a very soothing and intimate room with a calm vibe. If you're harboring any tension or stress, you will definitely be relaxed within five to ten minutes. If this is your first time, enjoy the process and be open to suggestions. Can't say enough great things about it. Can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

Myrna gives absolutely fabulous facials! She was so kind and welcoming! I had my first facial with her and I honestly was nervous at first, but she put my mind to complete ease!!! She listened to my needs and wants with my skin. I'm literally glowing because of Myrna!!! I'm so happy! Thank you!!!
