If you slept on your neck wrong, go see Biri- she knows exactly what to do! I came in with a strained neck and Biri knew the exact muscles I needed relief on. She has great deep tissue technique too- other therapists run over your muscles in a bumpy way but not Biri- she has great smooth technique that you are able to handle the deep pressure better. I’ll def be rebooking with her :-)
Monty is wonderful. He does an excellent job of making you feel comfortable. He can literally feel the tension in your body (even if you don't mention it!) and melt it away with a gentle, educated touch. I am so glad I serendipitously had him the first time, I now ask for him specifically when I go for my monthly massage. He is the best!
