I was hit by a car while walking and Mr. Zokaeem and the lovely staff at Capital Law Firm were very kind and helped me through the entire process from my medical treatments to dealing with insurance companies. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs a great law firm!
The Capital Law Firm was referred to me by a friends attorney and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Being involved in a hit and run is already stressful enough, but Josh and his team made this an extremely seamless process. Couldn't be more grateful. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for an accident attorney.
My sister in law was in a really bad car accident on the 15 freeway in May 2021. In the accident her car was totaled. She had 3 broken ribs, lacerations on her face and arms and a serious neck injury. She required 27 stitches, 2 surgeries and a 51 day stay in the hospital. We hired the Capital Law Firm for her the day after the accident. The Attorney assigned to her case helped with all of the hospital bills, the therapy bills, the DR visits and Bills, the medication and physical therapy bills.
